The Role

As the Web Developer at LoanPro, you will be responsible for the design and construction of the LoanPro website. You will work alongside the Marketing team and other developers in ensuring the LoanPro website is running smoothly and providing the necessary experience for our audience. You will own everything web development and create an effective and compelling webpage that aligns with the LoanPro brand. LoanPro is a fast growing company and offers the chance to make a real difference! 

What You'll Do

As the Web Developer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lead design and execution on all LoanPro webpages to align with the overall LoanPro brand
• Quickly turnaround requests from other departments on web assets that need to be created
• Create web templates that empower other marketing team member to quickly iterate on new pages
• Build a highly performant website with quick response time and fully responsive on all types of devices
• Co-own the conversion rate optimization process for the website to drive more visitors to request a demo
• Find ways to drive greater SEO performance and working closely with the content team to do so

What You'll Need

• Robust portfolio of executing unique and complex websites
• Fast working pace and commitment to full-time job (not doing freelance work)
• Worked on B2B brands previously 
• Passionate about financial services and fintech
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations, and consulting skills in the English language
